Working remotely on a monthly rotating shift schedule, the full-time Virtual Patient Support Specialist will manage non-clinical inquiries, triage adverse events, and document data in the CRM while providing exemplary customer service. Key responsibilities: Complete follow-up for missing or updated information from stakeholders, including data entry and safety reporting Answer incoming calls and perform outgoing calls in a professional manner, ensuring compliance with client guidelines Identify and escalate priority issues or suspected noncompliance events to the assigned manager Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree highly preferred or 1+ year of healthcare call center experience 1+ years recent experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, such as a Medical Assistant or EMT Working knowledge of medical terminology and case management experience Ability to type 40+ words per minute and demonstrate efficient computer and data entry skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload based on program needs
