DESCRIPTION Essential Duties
- Maintain overall management responsibilities for the restaurant
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Train & motivate crew members
- Ensure our product adheres to our quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant & equipment
- Train managers to ensure knowledge of all duties required to run the restaurant, if needed.
- Proficient in all crew positions and ensure customer satisfaction
- Responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant. Including the selection, development and performance management of employees.
- Oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies.
- Optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
- The General Manager reports to the District Manager
Requirements
- Must have strong financial skills with experience working with P&L reports, bank deposits and other financial documents.
- As the GM, you are the company's spokesperson in the local trading area and must have an interest in networking and being active outside of the restaurant.
- Minimum of 45 hours per week (weekly schedule will vary based on store's demands)
- Weekend, holiday and occasional night work is required in this role.
