• Drive day-to-day flow: Help ensure routines and tasks stay on schedule and on target.
• Collaborate closely: Work with teammates to align on goals and deliver results together.
• Shape the culture: Contribute to a positive, productive atmosphere across the shift.
• Enable change: Assist leadership as they introduce new processes and strategies.
• Speak up: Participate in meetings and bring forward practical improvement ideas.
• Stay organized: Manage administrative needs that support the team’s output.

• High school diploma or equivalent; added education is a bonus.
• Strong communicator with great interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter who’s equally effective in a team setting.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and similar tools.
• Detail-focused with excellent organizational abilities.
• Experience in a comparable role preferred, not required.
