Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to its growing practice at
Lake Mary Hospital , part of the nationally recognized
Orlando Health system. This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a young, expanding neonatal program while enjoying the support of one of the country's premier health systems.
The Practice & Clinical Environment - Brand-new hospital , opened January 2025
- Projected 1,000 annual deliveries , with an average daily census of 6-7 in the newborn nursery
- Level II NICU with ADC of 5-6 , expanding to support 2,000 annual deliveries with 24/7 coverage
- Collaborative care model alongside a dedicated team of neonatologists, NNPs, and pediatric hospitalists
- Flexible scheduling with a mix of 12- and 24-hour shifts, and the option to rotate through the Level IV at Winnie Palmer Hospital
- Full clinical support from the team at Orlando Health flagship NICU at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies , a 142-bed, Level IV NICU

Qualifications - Current APRN national specialty certification as an NNP
- Minimum of a master's degree
