Daily Responsibilities:

• Menu planning and development
• Food quality control and management
• Back of house operations oversight
• Kitchen management and staff supervision
• Labor cost management and scheduling

Required Skills:

• Culinary arts degree or equivalent experience
• Menu development and banquet catering experience
• Food preparation and service management skills
• Strong knowledge of sanitation and food safety practices
• ServSafe Certified with experience in Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in nutrition and cost management
• Knowledge of Spanish cuisine and cooking techniques
• Previous experience in food and beverage management
