We are seeking a Construction Office Administrator & Operations Assistant to join our team... If you have experience working in an administrative management or operational capacity in the construction industry, you may be the person for this great opportunity... If you do not have experience as an administrator or operational assistance IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY please do not apply.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with Project Managers in assisting the process from start to finish of residential & commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between Executive Management, Project Managers, Field Personnel and Vendors.
• Develop and Implement SOP's.
• Pull appropriate permits and stay current with regulatory changes and requirements.
• Manage workflow from contracting to permitting to processing and administering projects.
• Have a good understanding of the construction processes from permitting, contracting, change orders, to closing.
• Perform all other general office administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years previous experience in the construction industry as an administrator or office manager interacting with construction managers, contractors and superintendents
• Field construction experience a plus but not required
• Familiarity with project estimating a plus but not required
• Familiarity with reading plans helpful but not required
• Experience with Insurance Restoration and interacting with Public Adjusters helpful but not required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Quick Books knowledge a plus
• Be proficient with one of these construction software programs - Builder Trend - Sage - Procore - or similar 
• General booking keeping duties and basic accounting knowledge
• Experience in HR services helpful
