CAT Scan Technologist PositionWe are seeking a CAT Scan Technologist to join the diagnostic imaging team at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. This opportunity is ideal for an imaging professional with a solid radiologic technology foundation who is ready to apply or further develop their expertise in CT imaging.The CAT Scan Technologist will perform diagnostic CT examinations while maintaining high standards for image quality, patient safety, and compassionate care. With cross-training available for this modality, this position may also provide an excellent opportunity for an appropriately credentialed imaging professional looking to expand their capabilities into CT.Required QualificationsFormal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's Degree (2 years of college)Knowledge of a specialized imaging field1–3 years of relevant experienceCurrent American Heart Association CPR CertificationARRT RegisteredCurrent Maryland Certified Medical Radiation Technologist credentialAdvanced-Level CT CertificationStrong understanding of diagnostic imaging procedures and patient safety standardsPreferred QualificationsPrevious CT/CAT Scan imaging experienceExperience working within a hospital or acute-care imaging environmentStrong patient positioning and image-quality skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other clinical professionalsInterest in expanding imaging capabilities through available cross-trainingIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is an ARRT-registered imaging professional with Maryland certification and approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience.
